Please communicate with us If you are not entirely satisfied with your products on delivery, we're here to help.

If you find a print defect, a quality issue or a fault with our products then you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery of the product. If we deem the order to be defective we will reproduce the order to ensure you are one hundred percent happy with your final item.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product isn't used or damaged on your behalf.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Promotional Products Center.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
